Mr. Stryker was lounging pool side with his friend Mr. Spencer, the two had sunglasses on for protection as they absorbed the sunlight. It was nice having a variety of properties to oversee, each with their own unique amenities. This was deemed one of the ‘pool houses’ for obvious reasons. However this property still hadn’t filled out all of the available rooms, which meant that a new tenant would be moving in shortly and Mr. Stryker took it upon himself to inspect the new candidates personally.
His name was Alex. This short nerdy Latino hunk, with a dazzling smile, seemed to be flirting with Mr. Stryker during their back and forth about taking one of the rooms from him. The boy was new to town and was looking for a gay friendly place to stay and seemed to resonate with what the pool house had to offer.
It was the day that Alex was due to arrive and Mr. Stryker had made sure to stay at the house for the day so that the two would cross paths. The moment that Alex walked through the gate with the giant leaves at the entrance emphasizing just how short he was, he immediately caught Stryker’s attention. With a shy grin flashed across the water towards the turned down sunglasses of Stryker getting a better view, sparks flew as Alex shyly snuck inside the house to get himself situated.
It didn’t take Mr. Stryker long to get to his feet and slowly make his way towards the house, trailing after the hunk he had just shared a seductive moment with. The boy was even shorter in person than what it had looked like in his photos, which got him that much more excited to be greeting the twink face-to-face.
